Parcel Locator Help
The Parcel Locator tool has five different options to help you locate a specific parcel.
Owner Name Query
Street Address Query
Property Description Query
Schedule Number Query
PPI Number Query
The Owner Name Query allows you key in the first few letters of an owners last name and then pick from a list of owners that match those letters.
The Schedule number is also known as the Tax-id number. It is a six or seven digit number. Separate multiple schedule numbers by pressing the return key.
The Street Address Query allows you to key in the first few letters of a street name and then pick from a list of streets that match those letters. It will then provide a list of all addresses along that street to pick from. Do not enter the street suffix (Rd, Ave, etc).
The Property Description Query allows you to key in the first few letters of a subdivision name and then pick from a list of subdivisions that match those letters. It will then provide a list of all lot numbers within that subdivision to pick from.
The PPI number is a 13 digit number with three dashes imbedded in it (0000-0000-00-000). Its is based on the Public Land Survey System.
